+Chrysalides
"The search button : Helping forum users since 1996!" Except that the <unprintable> search function will not accept short words, like "ring". Fortunately, google does a better job of searching Groundspeak forums. http://forums.Groundspeak.com/GC/index.php?showtopic=227371 Link to comment

Good point. Thanks. Anyway, my view of the ring: 1. Interesting 2. I don't like personal jewelry. 3. Too expensive Link to comment
+synthacide
for some reason I don't like them... not trying to knock the proprietor, I love trackables, but I'm not 100% on this one Link to comment
+HouseOfDragons
Absolutely hideous! Not my taste at all. Link to comment
+Maingray
Not for me either. Link to comment

bogleman
No but it will give you special powers when paired with your partners ring Link to comment
+Allanon
Interesting idea, but not at that price. Link to comment
+Snoogans
No but it will give you special powers when paired with your partners ring COOOOOL! Now I want one! I'll trade 350 of my smashed geocaching coins (mixed metals, but mostly pennies) for one in sterling silver. Do you think they'd go for that? Link to comment
+Snoogans
Interesting idea, but not at that price. Yep that's quite a mark up. That's why I'd only trade for one. I happen to know I could get one made and designed expressly for me in silver for a great deal less.... Link to comment
+flask
well, there's no tasting accountants. Link to comment
+Vater_Araignee
To expensive To wide To thick To tacky, and I wear a pinky ring. Until GS decides to let us input coords to their trackable system then my opinion will remain that it is a pointless gimmick. Same thing for shirts, hats, vehicle decals, walking staffs, tattoos etc etc. But hey, it takes all types. Right? Link to comment
+doingitoldschool
A bit high school grad ring for me, but hey, if you likes it, you like it. Link to comment
+OKH
Yep that's quite a mark up. That's why I'd only trade for one. I happen to know I could get one made and designed expressly for me in silver for a great deal less.... But this has its own icon! Link to comment

Sterling Silver: Mens-$268.84, Female-$242.75...Shipping and Sales Tax is not included, tax is based on your zip code or 50 codes $75.00 Custom Icon $150 silver ring with engraving $25.00 I could rent time on a cnc mill to engrave the number and decorate for $10.00 Total $260 Keep in mind that the cache shack ring has to have a unique mold for every ring driving up the cost. What they should be doing is leaving the ID field blank during casting then milling the ID in. Link to comment
