Looking to download the Appalachian Trail onto my Oregon 550

Hello all,

 

I'm sure this has been addressed before but I cannot figure out how to transfer the Appalachian Trail to my Garmin Oregon 550. I have MapSource and have looked around the Guy Mott website but can't figure out how to transfer the trail to MapSource and subsequently to my GPS. Any step-by-step links or instructions would be much appreciated. I plan on hiking the Smokies this October and would like to have the trail.
