The coins came in Tuesday and I just got notification that the parcel was shipped. That's what I call quick shipping! :anicute:

 

Same thing happened to me. :)

Does not look like mine will be that quick...got the shipping notification at 1AM - according to the FedEx tracking site, they will not be here until next Wednesday. Oh well...good thing come to those who wait :(

 

Yep, I got the email too. Good Ole Fed Ex will be rolling in late Wednesday which usually for me means Thursday. Hoping to get lucky and the shipping info is wrong like others and they show up early but I doubt it. I have never had any luck with Fed Ex. Just glad to know they are on the way.

I asked Emma for the tracking number a couple of days ago. She told me she didn't get the numbers until today from her shipping dept and she wasn't aware any domestic where sent out last week. I guess those weren't supposed to go out with the international ones so some of the domestic shipments went out early..

My biggest concern is that I was told on Wednesday that all domestic orders were being sent out that day, which is apparantly not true (making the delivery today)

 

There were a total of 45 or so orders - I would think these would have been a priorty to get shipped (especially considering they were recieved on 9/9/10)

The package is finally in FedEx's system, with a recieve date of the 29th.

 

My apologies for the international trades - I will send as soon as I recieve the coins, but, it is not looking good to get them before your events.

I'm already starting recieved some trades, seattle arrived today they look great, but no e-mail with confirmation and no coins yet :D. I will get them out ASAP when they come in. I'm going out of town next week end so I hope to get them early in the week so I can get them out before I have to leave.

Everyone should have received a shipping notice late Thursday night through PayPal or Google Checkout. If you didn't see an email with your tracking number you can email me directly. Gelugon, I'll send you an email with yours now.

 

Some of the orders were already delivered by the time I received the tracking numbers for your shipment. I still sent out notices so that I could keep my records updated. :)

Fingers, toes and eyes all crossed hoping my coins arrive tomorrow like Fed Ex says. I have already received trades but have nothing to send in return. Will get them shipped as soon as I get them in. Hoping they arrive on Wednesday as stated.

Sarah, thanks for sharing your design at Hike N Seek, you got me fired up and I was able to get some Black and White version coins! Iowa is having their own event after all!!

The event got published last night GC2FX2P The Powers of Ten: 10-10-10 Event Hiawatha IA unfortunately my start time is 1:10pm because the park offers the shelter in time slots and if I got the morning slot I would have had 1 hour from 10am to complete my event.

Regarding #35, I live just north of Ontario, and when I pull up searches for events in October, I only get one 10/10/10 event in Rancho Cucamonga. Any idea who's doing the event in Ontario?

There are a few events happening in Ontario, Canada. I am hosting one in Harcourt, which is part of the Geocaching Capital of Canada - I was slow on the coins, but was able to get some of the coins done by geoswag.

The reason is that I want to make any extras (after my event) available to other host before I sell them to other collectors.

 

There's just cacher name listed on the spreadsheet.

Saw that, pain to go and email each thru the profile. Anyone have a solution?

 

Have those interested, email you (like I did) and you make a list.

I just want to thank the event host that is going to hold a coin for me to buy since I can't make it to any events that day. So many great color combos. if I could, I'd buy about 5-6 (including one of Mustangs....who won't have any left over, because they sell out before trades. :blink: )

Our coins finally arrived today...just let me say that I am not a fan of FedEx...idiots delivered them to the wrong address, and it took them 3 days to figure out where they left them (how you get 616 Julia out of 209 Joseph, I do not know)...some of the most stressful days that I've had in a LONG time.

I am with you on that one. I have never had any luck with Fed Ex. UPS or the Postal system is best in my book. I get shipments daily and always have trouble with Fed Ex.

I am sorry i have been so busy to reply to all the emails over Trading the Idaho 10-10-10 coin.

 

I will be doing trading after the event is over this weekend.

 

It may be a good idea to eamil me on Monday to confirm trades and etc.
