is there a faster way that we can find out if there are any new caches i am a premium member is there a way we can get an email whenever there is a new cach published PLEASE

Use a pocket query of nearby caches that nobody's found. I find emails to come in--locals pretend you didn't read this--hours late usually.

Each PQ can only be run once a day, so unless your emails are coming in as much as 23 hours late, email notification is still faster.
