avroair
How about pinning the cointests and missions (one for each) at the top of the forums so we can find them quickly? Otherwise I have to wade through all the coin sales and coin announcements to find them! Any thoughts? Quote Link to comment

Sounds good....but if anyone wants to find the coin sales and coin announcements, he will have to wade through all the missions and cointests Other people, other preferences Edited September 1, 2009 by Dark Elf Quote Link to comment
+ThirstyMick
What if someone wants to start an announcement thread, and have cointests within it instead of opening a second thread and cluttering up the board Quote Link to comment
+Eartha
They would all have to be combined in one thread to be pinned, and that would lead to mass confusion. Also, some end sooner than others. I'm not so sure this would work. If we pinned them all, you'd have to go to page 2 to see what was new. We're supposed to be labeling our cointests and missions as "COINTEST: blah blah blah", and "MISSION: blah blah blah" so people can choose to open them, or not. And perhaps I've been slacking in keeping on top of making sure that is done properly. COINTEST or MISSION should be the first word. I'm just not sure pinning them could work. Mixing cointests all together in one thread? I don't even want to think about it. Total coinfusion. Edit to add: Hey, I did some housecleaning just this morning, closing the ones that were over. Cointest holders must let a moderator know when a cointest is over. By over, I mean that the winner has been chosen, and the winner has been given a chance to respond to the thread. Then the cointest holder clicks on "report" on the first post and asks that it be closed. If cointests are left open, people often keep trying to enter the cointests.
