+tsiolkovsky
Struggling to find an ammo-box container...??? On a recent trip to a local army-surplus shop I asked, more in hope than anything else, if they had any ammo boxes for sale. I was utterly gobsmacked to discover that they had a pallet load of them - 37mm baton round containers, which are larger than the 5,56mm containers. The company, which is based in Frome has a website, although the boxes aren't listed on the online catalogue. The company is Strikeforce Army Supplies - 01373 469900 / www,strikeforcesupplies.co.uk. Honestly don't know if they do Mail order on these boxes, or how much they cost, but I bought 4 of them. Rik Quote Link to comment
+*mouse*
What sort of price are they each? I usually use a shop in Bristol for ammo cans, but Frome is close enough for a visit if they're cheaper then I can get them here. Quote Link to comment

Here: http://www.newforestarmyandnavy.co.uk/comb...camouflage.html Blimey they're pricey! I've never paid more than £6 for an ammo can and that was a 50 litre one! Quote Link to comment

Never purchased one so I don't know the going rate. Ebay were selling them at £10 upwards when I was considering one a while back. Quote Link to comment
