+Stunod Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 Can we delete some accounts while were at it? I have a suggestion on where to start
+webscouter. Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 Just because you think Hamster caching is inane you shouldn't try to take away one of the most enjoyable aspects of caching for those of us who enjoy it. It is hard enough to find caches that hamsters fit in any more.
+mtn-man Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 Sorry, hamster caching lives on. It is just the Forum that is locked. Just like some caches, if you don't like it, don't read it. I sense some hamster dancing coming, somehow. Call me Kreskin.

Hard drive quotes isn't something you need to worry about. Plain-text in a SQL database takes up tiny amounts of space.

+flask Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 well, somebody got up on the wrong side of the planet today.
+Lil Devil Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 well, somebody got up on the wrong side of the planet today. At least he was polite in his request. He didn't swear and even said please. I would think flask would appreciate that
+The Blorenges Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 I am shocked by Mr Curry Kevin's suggestion. Hamster caching is a niche market, one that is just starting to expand in the U.K. - There are now 4 active hamster caches and I am aware of two more "in planning". It is a refinement of the basic game, one which is only fully appreciated once a cacher has found a hamster cache and has had appropriate interaction with its occupant. I believe that the OP is a lone voice crying in the wilderness. MrsB
+gof1 Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 I like hamster caching. It gives me and my 23lb cat something to do together. He has one blue ey, one green eye, and one big apatite. Hamster caching saves on the cat food bills.
AZcachemeister Posted August 16, 2009 Posted August 16, 2009 Here in Arizona, the interior temperatures of almost any Geocache will soar to over 160°F in summer, thus first turning any Hamstercache into a Hamstercutletcache, and then a Hamstermummycache soon after. Despite this, I do not feel compelled to deny my fellow cachers (in areas where Hamstercaching is more suited) the pleasure of finding one.

+WRASTRO Posted August 16, 2009 Posted August 16, 2009 Elroy and I have recently been engaged in various efforts to learn how to become successful at mole caching. We seem to have quite a few mole caches popping up in our yard these days. The darned containers are very hard to locate. Maybe if we got a big log that would help.
+Isonzo Karst Posted August 16, 2009 Posted August 16, 2009 I like hamster caching. +mtn-man Posted August 16, 2009 Posted August 16, 2009 curreykev, with your new avatar, looks like you might like cat caching too. Two of my cats sneaked out and hid a cache a long time ago. I would not be surprised if my new killer attack kitty didn't put out one soon.
+Col. Flagg Posted August 16, 2009 Posted August 16, 2009 Hamster, hamster by candle light. Do it in a casserole is doing it right. When they're in season, they're pretty pleasin'. Hamster sandwich, hamster and cheese. Hamster sandwiches with mayoneeze, are delicious, and so nutritious. You can dice, you can slice and fillet them. Cut off their heads and sauté them. And into the oven you shove, smells like hamster love. Hamster curry, or pickled toes, Australian hamster tails, any good chef knows how to make them, or just shake and bake them. For breakfast, for lunch or while dining, as a snack munch their deep-fried fur lining. Into your mouth with a shove, tastes like hamster love. Song by Big Daddy.
+The Leprechauns Posted August 16, 2009 Posted August 16, 2009 I'm not feeling the love here. Perhaps it's time for a new avatar like Currykev has done.
+Harry Dolphin Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 Perhaps, we're lucky that the hamsters have not requesting removing currykev?

+The Blorenges Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 ... anyway, hamsters don't take up much space or air, especially if you use the cross-bred Siberian/Scottish ones. Scotland's first hamster cache. MrsB
