Sporket Posted August 10, 2009 Share Posted August 10, 2009 I need a little help here. I was updating my software through Garmin when I accidentally unplugged the cord during transfer. Now I have a blank screen & alarm with the only message SOFTWARE MISSING. I have tried everything I know. Is there a reset to factory specs I can do? I have the GPSmap 60CSx model. +Cacheoholic Posted August 10, 2009 Share Posted August 10, 2009 Hold the rocker pad either to the left or right and try to reload the firmware. Holding the rocker should allow the GPS to connect to your computer. Quote Link to comment
