What are the rules concerning the development of an EC at a location where a traditional cache already exists? Is there a minimum distance the EC needs to be from the traditional? Do I need an ok from the traditional CO? I think I've heard (read?) that an EC could literally be within a few feet of a traditional so long as the ECO had the blessing of the traditional CO.
