KermitCrew Posted July 31, 2009 Share Posted July 31, 2009 Hi, very new to all this... so apolgies if this has been covered many times before, I tried to use the search feature for clues, but I couldn't get that to work too! I have registered by new travel bug dog tag and it has now started on its journey although my log still says 0 miles and I can't find the View Map feature, should I have added this at some stage? Can I add it now? Any asistance would be greatly appreciated Quote Link to comment
+BlueDeuce Posted July 31, 2009 Share Posted July 31, 2009 (edited) Are you referring to your Bay Dreamer bug? I see that it has 607.4 miles. Sometimes the mileage is really slow in updating. Access the bug and under Trackable Item Options is a pull down menu labeled Mark item missing. If you open the pull down you'll see an option for Recalculate distance. Select and click Go.
