+Arrow42 Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 (edited) Ok, this is just silly: The jeans aren't really that bad... it's the burs in my shoelaces that are the biggest pain! I've been looking around for some way to burr-proof my laces when I'm out caching. Has anyone heard of such a product? I'm -this- close to just duct taping my feet up! +Foothills Drifter Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 (edited) Howdy...... Use leather laces like the ones used on some lace up boots. Vern / Foothills Drifter... Edited July 6, 2009 by Foothills Drifter Quote

+Casting Crowns Posted July 6, 2009 Posted July 6, 2009 I know what you mean.....I just destroyed a pair of socks the other day as well as the laces on my shoes when searching for a cache. I guess it's that time of year for these little boogers. I get so frustrated I usually just throw my socks away. Quote

You could also try Muck boots then. They come in lots of sizes and come up almost to the knee. I almost bought a pair when I was in Maine but the store where I found them were selling them for $40 more than what I could get them for off the internet. Quote
