I have this same problem when I downloading cartriges "O hajnem Robatkovi a jelenu Vetrnikovi" "Husite v Tabore" "Pohadkove udolicko", any next cartriges I am downloading ok, no errors. I probe It on 5PCs, with this same error. My brother probe It on his PC, downloading on his username is ok, on my username ended with error.

Please let me know if a fix is found, thanks.

Hi, I have the same problem as all. I have tested with 2 accounts, the same thing.

I can download all Wherigo as older than 8/20/2009. On the newer one I get the error (see below). The magic border was in my case the "West Lakes"-Wherigo, it was the last one I can download it.

[indexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.]

Groundspeak.Web.Utils.BaseX.Int2Base(Int32 InInt) +121

cartridge_download.btnDownload_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e) +265

System.Web.UI.WebControls.Button.OnClick(EventArgs e) +105

System.Web.UI.WebControls.Button.RaisePostBackEvent(String eventArgument) +107

System.Web.UI.WebControls.Button.System.Web.UI.IPostBackEventHandler.RaisePostBackEvent(String eventArgument) +7

System.Web.UI.Page.RaisePostBackEvent(IPostBackEventHandler sourceControl, String eventArgument) +11

System.Web.UI.Page.RaisePostBackEvent(NameValueCollection postData) +33

System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint) +1746

I am having the following problem doing a search. I have successfully downloaded a couple of cartridges to my laptop, but am not able to perform a SEARCH on another state where I am certain a Wherigo cache exists. It gives me the following runtime error.

Server Error in '/' Application.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>

<system.web>

<customErrors mode="Off"/>

</system.web>

</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>

<system.web>

<customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>

</system.web>

</configuration>
