+The Blorenges
I saw this video on the BBC News website about how spies are trained in surveillance techniques (as if MI6 would tell a BBC reporter ) It's worth watching as he tries to be inconspicuous and hide an object in a high muggle area. Pathetic... A geocacher could have done it in seconds without being seen Chris (MrB) Quote Link to comment
+Bear and Ragged
You obviously haven't found the tracker I left on your car then! Quote Link to comment
+Stuey
He was RUBBISH! I reckon a lot of cachers could pass that test. Quote Link to comment
team tisri
I couldn't help but think the cacher's old-time trick of fiddling with shoelaces would have seen off the challenge in no time flat. Quote Link to comment
+careygang
Unfortunately those of us outside UK can't watch it Quote Link to comment
+The Blorenges
Unfortunately those of us outside UK can't watch it Well, it's a secret isn't it? Forgot that the BBC isn't an international organisation Chris (MrB) Quote Link to comment
+Matrix
Unfortunately those of us outside UK can't watch it Keep an eye on Youtube episodes 1 and 2 are on there (in several chunks) so episode 3 which is the one with the segment MrsB linked to is in should be along soon And yes he was rubbish Quote Link to comment
+HouseOfDragons
His first mistake was not ascertaining which parts of his target would allow a magnet to be before attempting the placement. I carry a nano in my pocket for this very reason... Quote Link to comment
+currykev
Rule #1 - Don't take a camera crew along. But if you do, make sure the cameraman knows how to keep in focus! I liked the look of the micro container though. Quote Link to comment
GeordieLass
He was rubbish! He even got a get out clause, lol. "Erm, my friend asked me to check under his car" is a bit obvious, lol. He could have really dropped a pen and been "trying" to retrieve it or something. Quote Link to comment

I carry a nano in my pocket for this very reason... I saw this on the BBC website last night about 30 mins before it was in a documentary, so saw it twice. He also didn't check whether anyone was coming along the pavement to the right before he crouched down - we could see the M16 guy coming a mile away! But then I suppose if he'd got away with it, there'd have been nothing to report!! Quote Link to comment

Or he could have explained all about Geocaching and how there was a small tupperware box of tat treasure hidden nearby Quote Link to comment
+Yorkie30
Sorry he was just awful. Didn't even try. I think I can do better even carrying my pda, gps, pen and camera and still talk myself out of a paperbag better then this guy. Mr Bond has no fears of been replaced just yet. Quote Link to comment
