+chuckwagon101
I am a premium member and I THINK that I used to be able to hit a few buttons and it would show all the geocoin caches in my area. I have been away from caching for awhile and now I can't seem to find the right "stuff" to show that feature. I did a query and it shows them but I remember there was another way .........I THINK! but not sure! Anyway, if you can help me, THANKS! Quote Link to comment

If you go to your profile page and under search options is search for nearest caches from your home. That shows caches with coins in it.That is how I do it for close to home. Quote Link to comment
+The Blorenges
You can also go to this page, which will give you the map http://www.geocaching.com/track/geocoin.aspx MrsB Interesting... I haven't used the above map page for ages. It's giving me geocoins near my home location, but in a vertical 'section' running north/south through my home location. I don't remember that before. Hmmmm... Edited May 16, 2009 by The Blorenges Quote Link to comment
sarahbelle
You can also go to this page, which will give you the map http://www.geocaching.com/track/geocoin.aspx... When I try to use that map, nothing shows up on it. I know there's a coin in a cache nearby because I dropped it off the other day and it's still there, but I don't see any icons on the map. I know I'm logged in, but maybe I'm doing something else wrong? Quote Link to comment
+IBcrashen
I think that map will only show the coins in a 5 mile radius of your home coordinate location. Or something like that. Edited May 16, 2009 by IBcrashen Quote Link to comment
+Eartha
I see them on that link. They show up as little balloons with the geocoin icon it it. Click on the balloon, and the name of the coin comes up on the right hand side of the page. In the Geocoin description is a link to the trackable's page. From there you can click on the cache page link. There are less steps in searching by Zip Code, or Address, and scrolling through the list to see the icons next to the cache links, that let you know that a trackable is in is supposed to be in that cache. Just because there is an icon there, doesn't mean that somebody didn't come by 10 minutes before your search, and they moved it, or it's missing from the cache and that nobody has marked it missing yet. +Bhob
there is a pocket query option that will show you only geocaches with trackables in them you can center such a query on your home coordinates, or any other point of your choice Quote Link to comment
+seekerfamily
As Bhob said - we do the pocket query and check has trackables, shows 500 caches with distance from our house - check it every day usually multiple times. We have moved over 900 trackables. (excessive ain't it) Quote Link to comment
