FS: New USB to Serial data cable for Garmin eTrex GPS. This cable is super heavy duty. I have successfully tried it using both Vista and XP operating systems and a USB port connected directly to a Garmin eTrex Vista. It comes with a CD with the drivers for both Vista & XP. I have also successfully sent and received waypoints from MapSource, GSAK and directly from Geocaching.com.

Works with:

Garmin eTrex

Garmin eTrex H

Garmin eTrex Legend (but NOT Legend C)

Garmin eTrex Vista (but NOT Vista C)

Garmin eTrex Summit

Garmin eTrex Venture

Garmin eTrex Mariner

Garmin eTrex Camo

Garmin Geko 201

Garmin Geko 301

Garmin eMap

GolfLogix Golf GPS

GolfLogix GPS Receivers:

$15 shipped.

This brand new USB to Serial Cable is still available. Now only $12, including shipping.

With this cable you can upload the cache coordinates directly to the following Garmin GPS's:

Garmin eTrex, Garmin eTrex H, Garmin eTrex Legend (but NOT Legend C), Garmin eTrex Vista (but NOT Vista C), Garmin eTrex Summit, Garmin eTrex Venture, Garmin eTrex Mariner, Garmin eTrex Camo, Garmin Geko 201, Garmin Geko 301, Garmin eMap, GolfLogix Golf GPS, and GolfLogix GPS Receivers.

Also, if your laptop or notebook doesn't have a serial port, you can use the USB port to connect to your Garmin GPS.

I tested it with my laptop and a Garmin eTrex Vista and it worked great.
