I have a coin moving around your country, it went dead the first of the year.......was captured by a cacher and never placed / moved. Any help with getting this coin moving would be appericated. Apart from suggesting you send a friendly email to him to see if he still has it and can put it out soon (or return it to the cache he got it from) I can't see what else you can do.
