Everything included that came in box, including USB cable, manuals, belt clip, Trip and Waypoint manager, and power cord for your car. Throwing in, Topo 2008, City Navagator 2009, 2 gb card, and a RAM suction mount, and 2 rechargeable Rayovac batteries. Will include a Palm M515 PDA, comes w/box, I downloaded software from Palm website, with charging dock,(needs a new stylus), comes with one that works however.
