Well, why not trying....

I´m searching for one of the moga 2013 geocoins (the one with the sword).

Good luck with that. LOL! You might be able to pry someone loose of a Staff or VIP version but I seriously doubt you can separate a hard won Gold, Silver or Bronze from someone who worked their a** off to get one. :laughing:

Guys... I have a "lot" of coins that I would like to sell. This forum isn't very "buyer-friendly". Has anybody ever thought of opening up a geocoin auction page on Facbook? I have recently become addicted to disc golf and we have a "dollar disc golf auction" on facebook. It has a realy nice system to it. If I created the page, would anybody like to help admin it?

Wow. I have found this forum to be extremely buyer-friendly.

Actually I thought the point of this board was TRADING not selling, although some of us are certainly very willing to buy as I have very little to "trade" with, but my point is that this board was never intended to be to be a buyer-friendly auction site. But I'm certainly willing to go elsewhere to purchase--I visit the e-place often!

 

However, I don't have a Facebook account so can't go there.

That makes sense. I guess that I have always considered a purchase a trade. Again, not trying to offend anybody. Maybe this forum is just a better space for ideas and displaying new work. I just haven't seen a space that is dedicated to the buyer/seller... other than Feebay. The beauty of having an auction space away from there is that you avoid the fees. Also, it is nice to go to a space that is dedicated to gc with some open discussion.

Anyone got an extra WWFM X geocoin the would like to get rid of :) I missed the pre-sale and as it looks like I may be hosting one of the events it would be a shame not to have one the coins to remember it.

It is still over 2 weeks til the event. I would imagine most of us hosting Flash Mob events won't know about 'extras' until the event is over.

I've send out 134 coins out to travel (31 m.i.a.). If you are able to find one, you can adopt it. I'm also not picky ;)

Just to make things clear, is this challenge just for fitbobcat? :surprise:

Hi All, have never really used this forum but I am searching for a particular geocoin. It is the Deadliest Cache one. There were a few different versions and I would like the Blue one, The Northwestern, but will accept any of them. I do have some tradables or could purchase outright. Moun10bike retains ownership of most of his coins. They are not for sale or trade, unless he gives permission. You can email him and ask if it's possible to obtain one. If you see one for sale, it most likely does not belong to the seller. (There might be a rare exception.)
