I have begun selling a large majority of my geocoins on Ebay. I'd like to try some trading here in the trade thread too, to hopefully get that unique piece to a cacher who's looking for it. If anyone has a particular 2005-2008 coin they are looking for (trackable or not), drop me a line. I'm piling up about 1000 coins to go through right now. I also have an electronic list available to email you for trades, but it's just far too long to post here. Thanks!

I can´t find a coin named "Square T" in the Groundspeak Database.

At www.mygeodb.de you can search the entire Database. Site is german only.

 

Perhaps you should ask the following Member?

I can´t find a coin named "Square T" in the Groundspeak Database.

At www.mygeodb.de you can search the entire Database. Site is german only.

I got into benchmark hunting a little under a year ago after I found out that my grandfather who worked for the Army Corps of Engineers worked with benchmarks on a daily basis and officially monumented quite a few. I have lived all of my life in Kansas and think it is cool that the intial point is in Kansas. I am just starting to collect geocoins. I dont have any coins to trade as my first coin a Kansas first cache coin is still in the mail.

 

I am looking to purchase a

 

Benchmark Meades Ranch Geodetic Center geocoin

and/or

Benchmark Initial Point KS/NE geocoin

 

any finish will be ok. I would prefer unactivated but would accept activated

I just discovered a coin that I would love to have in my collection. It's sold out and I'd like to know if anyone has one out there that they're willing to sell or trade for it. The coin is Koelner Dom Geocoin. It was made by myGeocoin.de, a German coin company.

This is the information about the coin from their web page:

 

"This coin was minted by order of a geocaching team from Cologne, Germany. The first mint was only for sale at a geoaching event in Cologne. To satisfy many requests of coinfriends we decided to make a small remint of the not-LE versions available. The backside shows the exceptional window of the Cologne Cathedral. On the frontside is the Cathedral and also the writing "Hohe Domkirche St. Peter und Maria - Unesco Weltkulturerbe". (UNESCO World Heritage)

Any version will work for me. It's the one with a 'Pooh' type bear holding a GPS and walking in front of a honeycomb on the front.

 

It's a present for a collector. I don't really have anything to trade, so 'buy' must be the way to go. Located in USA but will pay Int'l shipping if necessary to get it here.

HMmmm, no, they do not. Prior to this post I already received a reply from that site owner that it is 'sold out'. Their status has read (for some time): "Our appologizes, this product is sold out"

It's been quite a while since I posted in here, and it's probably a long shot. :) But I'd love to locate one of the Groundspeak Project coins, either the round or square version. This was one of the earliest Canadian geocoins, non-trackable and made around 2002. I'd also be interested in a Lemon Fresh Dog LE. To trade I have various Canadian coins from the 2008 and earlier, and well as some of Tsun Rise Bey's coins, Geo-Tiki series 2, several years of Compass Rose, etc.. Thanks.
