I've created a trading list at my website -- please bear with me because I am still updating it.

 

In short, the current short list is:

 

"I Love Geocoins" (tattoo-like geocoin, by Paula of CinemaBoxers)

Tengwar two-tone gold & black nickel

<°)))o>< Geocoin (Red Herring) - Silver Salmon XLE

 

Right now the trading list is fairly thin, although I may be adding some artist's editions of the Difficult Climbing & Year of the Ox coins at some point -- when I actually have them in hand, I'll add to the list.

 

I'm also willing to consider an outright buy of the coins listed above. Thanks for looking!

:D Ok, I found a coin recently that is NOT a geocoin, but it's pretty awesome, and is a beast in its own right, it's the same diameter as the Tranquility (2") but a bit thicker (3/16") and it's a HEAVY solid bronze coin. It's from the Franklin Mint Sculptors Studio Medals / Collection II. It's called "Mummers" an has all the good luck charms on it you need. I don't know if anyone would be interested in a trade for it or not but I'm willing to entertain an offer. Shoot me an email through my profile if so, I'll get back with ya ASAP... Probably later tonight or tomorrow sometime.

In my opinion the geocoin is rare because this geocoin is the Official Portuguese Geocoin 2008, an choice of the Portuguese Geocaching Community!

This geocoin is unique and tell the story of the most popular traditional Portuguese music "Fado"., and the guitar represent an Portuguese hand made traditional guitar with 12 cords (the sound of this guitar is unique). All this elements are represented in the geocoin, an unique geocoin and representative of the Portuguese culture.

I'm Portuguese and this is my opinion about this geocoin!

If you know the music "Fado" you understand the geocoin and you know way is rare!!

First, I invite you to listen to the genere "Fado" to fully understand the concept of this geocoin.

And though it is a beautiful coin , I THink It Is NOT any better than any LE of 50 coins that I or anyone else has come across. I Think you want 3 coins so you can sell 2. That's not right. Why take advantage of people!!

Everyone's got the right to ask for whatever seems fair, as much as everyone's got the right to decline. I've learn a lot in this forum and i learn a lot negotiating trades, but i never joke with what the other side ask and thinks it's fair. That's unfair :D

if thats rude then any of the other postings would be considered rude too,no?, is it rude because i put in a value of money instead of coins? or because i stated the truth? i did not compare your coin to others, i did not make rude comments towards your coin, i truely think you would get more then you want if you put it on the e-place and it is truely that desired,and rare,,it should go like a lackey does for like 50 bucks a peice.. and you can buy 4 coins instead of trade 3...?

DJ i'm not talking about the coin. I'm not the owner nor the designer.

 

I was refering to the invitation to leave the trade foruns, just as if he made something wrong. The guy just asked for what is fair (on his opinion).

 

That's all. No concerns on anything else :P
