I am collecting all geocoins made by "van Stoffelen" and am looking for a lot of coins to complete my collections. The coin i am after right now is the Frisia - Antique Copper Translucent Red/Green XLE.

Please send me a PM if you can help me finding this coin or any other van Stoffelen geocoins on my seek list.

Greetings,

I miss two carousel lions for my collection of carousel animals. Both are available at the eplace - seller is willing but not able to change to accept Norwegian bids. Does anyone have these carousel coins for trade? Or want to attempt a bid, in exchange for something from my trading list?

I'll apologize in advance for my newbie'ish question:

I have a coin I just picked up in a cache. It's been from England, through America and now crossing Canada. It originated in 2007.

I'd love to mail this coin to a fellow cacher so he/she could drop it in their location (hopefully more than 1000km away).

Is this a normal practice? Would anyone be interested?

I'm not asking anything in return. Only that you can ensure you''ll place it in a cache near you.

I, of course, will incur all costs it takes to get it to you.

Thanks for taking the time to read this!

I can't speak for others but with my traveling geocoins, I like them to travel "naturally", from cache to cache, not by being mailed from one cacher to another. The best thing to do is contact the geocoin owner and ask him or her what they would like you to do with it.

Thank you both for the great insight! I figured the original owner would like the coin to travel as far as possible but your answers make much more sense!

I appreciate the genuine help (it takes a lot of "stress" off me now to thinking I had to keep these coins moving far distances)!
