+jchartline
Is there a way to download multiple geocaches to the GPS at one time? It allows you to select multiple in a list, but if you hit the button to the side, it only downloads that cache. If you select the download button at the bottom, then it tries to download them to files on the computer. Searched the forums, but didn't see anything. Thanks, Quote Link to comment

+tozainamboku
Send to GPS is designed to send the information to your GPS one cache at time. If you select several caches you must download a file to your computer and use another application to load the waypoints to your GPS. Depending on your GPS you may already have the software to do this. You can also download one of the applications here. Many of these are free. If you are a little technically savvy, you can set up GPSBabel to automatically open the .LOC file that is downloaded and send the waypoints to GPS as described here. The pocket queries suggested do something similar, only here it emails you the file (which can sometimes take awhile to be processed as it can have up to 500 caches and contains more information than just the coordinates). +jchartline
Sorry for not replying back sooner. The Pocket Queries have worked great. I also use them to get the results into the car GPS also so that I can get closer to them with it, then pull the 60CSx out when I go on foot. Quote Link to comment
BrainzUK
If you've got a Garmin then you can use the Garmin website to locate caches via the map option, then select all the visible ones and send them all to your Garmin unit. Simple and works great. Quote Link to comment
+natenrose
I do it differently. I create bookmarks, then select which caches to download. Then I open them in GSAK and send them to my GPS. For me, this is easier than using pocket queries. Quote Link to comment

It will ask you to input your Postal/Zip Code and then away you go. Quote Link to comment
nbailey17
Is there any way to get more than 5 caches at a time off of garmin's site? I want to download about 200 caches, and I'm not a premium member yet. I don't really want to send each to my GPSr individually and I cant figure out how to download them to my computer first and then my GPSr. Quote Link to comment
ao318
This process will allow you to do at least 20 at a time. First sign in. Go to your profile page and choose "Advanced Search" in the right hand column. From here choose an option to search for caches, like a postal code, and select enter. It will then bring up a list of caches from that area. You can preview the area in the maps and then you can return to this window. Select all the caches you want to download and then scroll to the bottom of the page and choose, "Download Waypoints". This will download the checked caches onto your computer as a .LOC file. Now open that file with mapsource or some other program and you can now load those caches onto your GPS. Hope this answers your question. +FatherAndProgeny
I use GSAK which allows me to filter exactly what caches I want and send as many as my GPSr will hold in one swoop. Quote Link to comment
