Help! Garmin Venture HC

I am having issues loading caches on my GPS.

 

They ARE loading to my GPS, They are only showing up in the "find by name" menu selection and map. When I go to "Found" or "Not Found" Caches, I only get 3 of the 15 caches in my "not Found" and none in the "Not Found." I have the icons set correctly (they all have a closed treasure chest). I've also tried resetting the unit.

 

Please help if you can :-)

How far are the caches that are not showing up????

 

I think (and someone please correct me if I am wrong) if you try to pull them up in geocache mode the unit may be defaulting to "Nearest" in which case if they are to far away (I think 50 miles) they won't show up.

They are over a bit of a distance. The farthest of the three that show up is 80 miles... but I know I have some farther than that. I hope this is the problem! I will have to test it out on the trip tomorrow! ...Still learning about my GPS.

As Bobb noted, it's a function of distance.

Yes, I believe "find by nearest" has a 100 mile limit.
