+pischla
Have you used earlier versions of mapsource and maps? Might be that there's some old registry keys from those installations left behind that's causing that mapsource error. Quote Link to comment
+Newsdude
I had some trouble with the old US Roads and Rec. Specifically the Hawaii and Alaska discs. Are you using this software? Quote Link to comment
+splashy
You might try a couple of times to install the SAME version, with some luck it works again. If this doesn't work you have to uninstall Everything, this includes the register keys. If you delete something from the registry remember to backup the whole registry. Save is the use of a uninstaller like Revo, it finds the program and the register keys. By uninstalling the links to the map(s) are also deleted. (map are still there) Quote Link to comment
Bob Morphew
The easiest way to fix this problem is to download MapsetToolkit (use Google) and run it to find which map is product 132. Highlight it and click uninstall. Run Mapsource again and check there are no errors. Re-install "product 132" and check Mapsource again. If you uninstall Mapsource, you'll have to re-install every mapset, and if you have several this will take a lot of work. Bob Quote Link to comment
+DukeOfURL01
I had similar problems, I uninstalled and reinstalled many times, finally I went to Garmin tech support, they had me do some kind of registry edit. Call them, they'll know how to handle it, they've dealt with it before. Quote Link to comment
