Will we be seeing new mint artwork with the corrections?

I asked Emma at Oakcoins and she said that we would not get corrected mint artwork, she did send me a summary of the changes made. Maybe I'll see if I can crop what was sent, then I could post the front side.

For those of us who would like to obtain one of each version of the coins being created here - How will this be done? I ordered extra coins so I could trade but when & how will the trades take place?

Oh, and I paid just now (I think) but did not receive any kind of receipt. How can I tell for sure if I paid? Do I have to wait for it to show up on my card statement? When I click on the link to pay it's still active. I don't want to pay twice just to make sure...

I paid and got an e-mail receipt right away. And when the payment was complete there was an option to "print receipt." When I log into my account now it says "Payment to Oakcoins Completed" above the request for payment. So I'm guessing you haven't paid yet.

Since we are going to have such a HOT event we decided to use the warm colors! LOL The mint artwork was wrong for the back so I am only showing the front side. Haven't yet received confirmation that the corrections have been made though.

What do you do with the coins?

They are sold at the events. Each event (well, almost all of them) will have a unique version of the coin.

Well as you can see from the post above AG confirmed nielsenc was organizing the bay area. I posted a note in GCBA, but received no replies. Are we to assume it's just not happening in our area?

We will gladly trade our version of the coin with any of the event organizers. Last year it was fun to get all the versions in the box with our own, but sounds like that is not a possibility this time. We brought the whole set to our event and displayed them, the attendees were amazed how the "same" coin could look so different.

Last year it was fun to get all the versions in the box with our own, but sounds like that is not a possibility this time. We brought the whole set to our event and displayed them, the attendees were amazed how the "same" coin could look so different.

We only ordered 50 coins, if we traded with every event, we would only have 25 for our event.

And again, when I trade mine, I'm not really interested in other event coins.

New Jersey's Coin pictured below. We will be doing two events. 9:00AM and 9:00PM. We have a load of cachers that are educators and that is the first week back at school. This will accomondate them as well as folks who can't take off work

Thanks CF30. I'm sure that made it better for a lot of people. That was a lot of side to side scrolling.

As for the artwork, it looks great. I would love to get one of each. There are too many to do that within my budget though.
