A Little Indiana help needed

I have unsuccessfully tried searching for updated links to the DNR's geocaching policy and permits. All the old 2004 era links I've found are dead. Anyone know where to get the new ones.

It looks like the link off the Indiana DNR site is broken. I did find the correct link using the search on the Indiana site. So here you go.

As a side note. This is the same exact Geocaching Permit that Spring Mill State Park had me fill out earlier this year.
