+fragless Posted February 25, 2009 Share Posted February 25, 2009 Hey, I've ordered a geocoin, when I requested the activation-code and while activation-progress I used the wrong tracking-number (on the last position i used a T instead of a 7). Give them the number you accidentally used, the actual number on the geocoin, and your caching name, and tell them what happened. Some things can only be changed/fixed in the database, by Groundspeak. Do it quick, because you may have activated someone else's coin. In the subject matter of the email, put "HELP! Activated wrong geocoin!" Quote Link to comment
