Google Earth 5.0 Problems

Has anyone else had problems with Google Earth 5.0 If I remove all symbols, especially the geocaching pins. as soon as possible, Google Earth seems to work most of the time. Otherwise it locks up and sends an extensive file to a temporary file that I have. One of the main complaints seems to be symbols not found or recognized. Is anyone else having this problem. I am using Windows XP. I tried to go back to a previous restore point but whatever is causing the problem was not removed and was causing problems with the 4.3(?) copy that I previously downloaded. Everything worked fine until I clicked on this update.

My Google Earth Five crashes constantly whenever I try to use the Geocaching KML feature. I'm running it under XP. I'm still using GE 4 Plus on my Macs without any problems. I haven't tried 5 on the Macs yet.

Hopefully they will fix that problem in the next update of GE, It is still in beta.
