+jasondulac
I picked up a garmin etrex From the source for $70 Quote Link to comment
MikeToCache
I found prices very good at Le Baron outdoor stores. You can check catalog online i think to see if they have that model and the price. I got my etrex HCx there about a year ago and still have not seen a better price. Quote Link to comment
+DustyWalker
GPS Central in Calgary. I have bought several items from them and always get good prices, excellent service, and prompt delivery. Check out their web site. Quote Link to comment
danoshimano
Got mine from Radio World on Steeles in Toronto. (Actually, a 60Cx, which I decided was superior to the 60CSx.) Quote Link to comment

I have an eTrex Legend that I bought from Walmart in about April of 2008 for approximately $100. I can't remember the extact price though. Edited January 31, 2009 by brendah Quote Link to comment
+CacheMiner72
Bought my new Oregon 300 at Europe Bound on King in Toronto. They price matched a price I had found on the net. Great service for my dollars in my opinion. They also sell online. Edited February 1, 2009 by kayn_os Quote Link to comment

DITTO used all 3 and they service you well. Just have to keep an eye out for the price sometimes they will offer a discounted price to get new customers and that sale is very short. Also GPSmart, though I've never ordered from them yet . Have a great time caching in 09. Quote Link to comment

Thanks alot! -Mike I bought my Garmin Etrex Lengend HCX through the Mountain Equipment co -op website. I first visited the store and spoke to a very knowledgable man and then ordered online for a cost of around $250.00cdn, at my home in three days. (I am in edmonton) Quote Link to comment
2bjr
I bought my 60csx last summer at PoCo Marine for $269. They are in Port Coquitlam, BC. Quote Link to comment
bruce.redecopp
i'm looking for one too. PoCo maring is now like $380+ everyone else in canada is at least $350. can this unit be had for under $300 new in canada? if i can't find one of these units for under $300, i might opt for the eTrex Legend HCx which can be had for $255 at MEC locally or $238 at GPScity.ca Edited April 8, 2009 by bruce.redecopp Quote Link to comment
bruce.redecopp
Got mine from Radio World on Steeles in Toronto. (Actually, a 60Cx, which I decided was superior to the 60CSx.) what are the differences between these units? CT has the 60CS for $369, but they always have deals on when you spend so much you get stuff back and i can use CT money on it too. Quote Link to comment
QuigleyJones
Got my 60CSx at gpscentral and if your thinking about buying at CT consider this, I had originally got an 60C (no Sx) as a present from there but I returned it and got the above mentioned gps saving 80 cents. Stores that specialize in GPSr tend to have the best regular prices. C=colour S=magnetic/altimeter Sensors x=high sensitivity receiver And for $369 I'd be willing to part with my 60csx maps and all. +hikerT
Just ordered my Oregon 300 from GPSCity last night, and it was shipped today. I've bought from them before and get great service every time. Quote Link to comment
+fingers crossed
I've bought from Radioworld in Toronto (My 60CSX), and GPSCity with no issues. I had a problem with my first 60CSX, and Radioworld swapped it without an issue. That's an obvious risk with buying online (returns), but these companies will take returns, but I figure you pay the shipping. Quote Link to comment
