Hey i was wondering if everyone who reads this and have boughten any gps please post what website or store you bought it from. I don't want to buy something from the states and have all those border fees! so please once again post which websites you ordered from. especially if you have boughten a garmin gpsmap 60csx i would like to know where you bought it.

Thanks alot!

I have used GPS Central, GPS City and Prairie Geomatics. I have purchased from all of them on the internet and had excellent service from all three. I have purchased from GPS Central and GPS City several times each.

...ken...

DITTO used all 3 and they service you well. Just have to keep an eye out for the price sometimes they will offer a discounted price to get new customers and that sale is very short. Also GPSmart, though I've never ordered from them yet :D .

Have a great time caching in 09.

I bought my Garmin Etrex Lengend HCX through the Mountain Equipment co -op website. I first visited the store and spoke to a very knowledgable man and then ordered online for a cost of around $250.00cdn, at my home in three days. (I am in edmonton)

i'm looking for one too.

PoCo maring is now like $380+ everyone else in canada is at least $350.

can this unit be had for under $300 new in canada?

if i can't find one of these units for under $300, i might opt for the eTrex Legend HCx which can be had for $255 at MEC locally or $238 at GPScity.ca

Got my 60CSx at gpscentral

and if your thinking about buying at CT consider this, I had originally got an 60C (no Sx) as a present from there but I returned it and got the above mentioned gps saving 80 cents.

Stores that specialize in GPSr tend to have the best regular prices.

C=colour

S=magnetic/altimeter Sensors

x=high sensitivity receiver

And for $369 I'd be willing to part with my 60csx maps and all.
