RescueRangers Posted January 27, 2009 Share Posted January 27, 2009 I am currently using garmin's website to upload it but whenever it runs into a duplicate location it gives me an error message. It's not very efficient in uploading locations. Is there a program out there so I could upload locations, for example to all of Southern California or all of Calfornia? Thanks! Quote Link to comment

Motorcycle_Mama Posted January 27, 2009 Share Posted January 27, 2009 (edited) If you are looking for the EASIEST WAY, that would be to become a Premium Member and get Pocket Queries of the areas in which you are interested emailed to you and then use Garmin's POI Loader to load them as Custom POIs to the unit. If you are not interested in becoming a Premium Member, then the alternative way is to search for caches from the search page and download 20 caches at a time as .LOC files and then load them as Waypoints/Favorites (you will be limited in the number you can load) using MapSource or EasyGPS.
