+Daemonic
As per the title, just gauging interest at this point for a nighttime caching event. If theres enough interest then we'll get the wheels in motion, but for now, we're looking for numbers interested, suitable dates and locations. Hopefully, we can plan somewhere with enough caches to entertain everyone from those that want to do a few to those that want to cache all night long, all coupled with a suitable base of operations (read 'public house'). Looking to organise this within the Essex/Herts area or nearby. Quote Link to comment

+keehotee
Night time events seem to be the norm at this time of year anyway - will this be something different - bearing in mind In addition, an event cache should not be set up for the sole purpose of drawing together cachers for an organized hunt of another cache or caches. +HazelS
We frequently have night caching events, and call them Naching!!!! Bearing in mind what keehotee says above, you'll need to hold a "gathering" somewhere too so that people who do not wish to go caching, but want to come eventing can attend too - usually a nearby pub!!! Organise it and people will come - don't rely on responses in this forum to judge interest - not many people use it! Edited January 21, 2009 by HazelS Quote Link to comment
+Jonovich
So you're allowed to cache in daylight too? That's just weird. J Quote Link to comment
+vw_k
I'd possibly be interested, depending on times and dates. Quote Link to comment

Sounds great, and I'll happily come along - just one request, please make it easy to get to the start/finish point by public transport (a short walk from a station would be good). +Papakas
At 30% night caching overall average I guess I'd be interested! As for the Prince of Darkness, well what can I say! Quote Link to comment
+NickandAliandEliza
I'd be interested depending on dates etc. Epping Forest, Hainault Forest or Hatfield Forest might be fun and very muddy! ........ or a massive walk along the River Lee perhaps from Central London outwards. Life jackets optional. Edited January 23, 2009 by Nick & Ali Quote Link to comment
