FS: Garmin Rino 520HCX

Recommended Posts

I have a Rino 520HCX in excellent condition that I have had for almost a year now and will come with the neoprene case on it, the GPS has had the case on it from day one so the screen is still like new and the body is also in excellent condition. Here is a link to the case, https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?pID=1292

This GPS will come with everything that was with it when I bought it including the original box, cable, CD, belt clip, everything there is in a new unit box. I will also include a 2GB micro SD card with the dummy card so you can upload thru the STD. SD card body. The rechargable battery life on this GPS is Amazing! I have never ran it below 70% before recharging after a long day of geocaching.

The radio function on this GPS is very good, I have several other FRS/GMRS radio's and these are up to par with the rest of them and the voice scramble (if you choose to use it) is a very good feature. The locator function is also a very big PLUS with the Rino's and probably the best reason to own one.

The only reason I am selling it is because I am hooked on the new Delorme PN-40 and am willing to sell it to help fund the cost of a PN-40.

My asking price is $310 firm shipped to the lower 48 W/ insurance and conformation.

Thanks for looking and just PM if you are intrested.

Hi Jeff,

i'm in S. Jersey and am interested in the unit.

Tell me though, how would it work in terms of warranty thru Garmin? Would anything be left on it in terms of warranty, upgrade, etc? -

I ask cause I we spend alot of time in the woods, not only caching but hiking, jeepin, backpackin - so use would be heavy between my boy & I

I can grab one of these NEW shipped for under 340.00 (you want 310) with the year warranty via Amazon.. here's a LINK so ya don't think I'm pullin your leg

I understand your throwin in the SD, but even blockbuster is sellin them for under 10 bucks - we just picked up a 1 gig for 6.99 from there.

Thanks bro
