Geocaching in Cuba?

Looks like we're headed back there again this year for spring break vacation, this time to the Holguin area. Not sure if I want to bring my android phone with me or not :sunsure:

Used my tablet. Preloaded it and it turned out to be useless. (Wi-Fi was very expensive)

~ Most people use iPhones to find the caches.

I did a "Google Maps" search at home and narrowed it down to that.

Found the 'John Lennon Park' and a few Waymarks that way.

Bummer tho that Groundspeak does NOT have a "Souvenir" for Cuba ... Shame seeing the number of Geocaches already found on the Island.

Sitting in the airport right now, flight arrived at 3am, waiting for our next one at 6:50am. Had a great time in Cuba again, brought my Android phone, but didn't really need it for the cache we did. Cubacan was a great cache, go find it if you're in the area, well worth it!

Not surprised they don't have a suvenir for the country. Groudspeak is Amercian and there are still plenty of other smaller countries/provinces/states without souvenirs too.
