+vanm
!!!!!!!!! Well, no 10,000 in 2008. (ok, I won't BET on that...). Remember when 1,000 was a major significant milestone? Of course, back then the whole state of NJ probably had only 3,000 caches... (To all - 1,000 is STILL a major significant milestone!!) Quote Link to comment

+HaLiJuSaPa
Super congrats! Happy to have met you a couple of times (once approaching a cache at the same time back in 2005 when we just started caching, and last month at MarkSun's WWFM event). Anyone want to guess at the date of #10,000? Quote Link to comment
+avgraphics
Anyone want to guess at the date of #10,000? Stayfoopy's ability to make 1000 finds has become more and more streamlined as time goes by. For example, he bagged the last 1000 in only 185 days! See the list I compiled below.. which is down from the 209 days it took to bag the previous thousand finds. Find Count ~~ Date (approx) ~~ # days 9000 12/23/2008 185 8000 06/21/2008 209 7000 11/25/2007 246 6000 03/24/2007 300 5000 05/28/2006 316 4000 07/16/2005 284 3000 10/05/2004 382 2000 09/19/2003 348 1000 10/06/2002 543 1 04 /11/2001 Quote Link to comment

+unimoggers
My goodness, Po, it seems like just yesterday we were celebrating your 3,000th find at Skully & Mulder et al.'s & Bladebabe event in honor of your 3,000th find: GCKEKC. I'll have to get another cake ready for the big event! 1 Quote Link to comment

I find it very interesting that Floopy's find rate started increasing exponentially shortly after IMSpider started caching (Nov 6, 2006). Coincidence? haha Yes, it's a coincidence. There is higher cache placement activity now. Notice that I don't have to travel as far as I used to? Also, I wish IMSpider would hurry up and take the lead. Then perhaps we can stop these ridiculous suggestions that there is some sort of race going on and you all can leave me alone to play the game the way I want. Quote Link to comment

That is truly amazing. Quote Link to comment

Definitely one item that stands out - I have also noticed all logs generally have pictures, track logs, and even detailed commentary of experience. Congrats Stayfloopy and thanks for taking your time into the logs! Quote Link to comment

Guess it will be right around the summer solstice (i.e. the first day of summer....). CHECK THIS OUT!!! If Stayfloopy makes his 10,000th find on or before June 25th (two weeks from today), he will - once again - shave off a few days on his ever-decreasing elapsed time between his 1000 increments milestone finds (don't know about you.. but this guy never fails to amaze me). With it being the 11th of June today, and him having only 11 more finds to go until he hits the big 10K, I suspect that he will once again, achieve the next 1000 finds in even less time than any previous time!! Wow! I'm guessing that he'll make his milestone find either today of tomorrow. Any takers??.. Go Stayfloopy, GO!!!!!!!!!!!! Quote Link to comment

+HaLiJuSaPa
With CCCooperAgency apparently having "retired" at 25000 finds, it will be interesting to see (though it will still take a LONG time) if Floopy can surpass her one day (is the other group that "competed" with CCCooper, I think it was "Team Alamo", but I found someone else with that name, still caching regularly?).
