I use the .gpx format but it is pretty simple. After I download my PQ I save it in a PQ folder I created. I open GSAK and open the PQ. I filter out what I don't need and send the waypoints to my gps. Then I save the filtered PQ as a .gpx giving it a file name with the month and date so I keep my IPAQ and GPS up to date. I save the .gpx file into my folder that sync's with my IPAQ. Plug in the IPAQ and sync up. Now I open Cachemate in my IPAQ, delete the old .gpx and load the new one. Now I am ready to go.

Hope this helps.
