Increased visibility of caching guidelines

In the UK Forum, I started a thread about increasing the visibility of UK-specific guidelines Here.

At the danger of being accused of cross-posting :D , I thought I'd bring it up here. I got to thinking that if Cache Hiders were more aware of the guidelines followed by hiders, then there may be less inclination to be looking in places caches couldn't be. In the UK, the obvious thing was searching in dry stone walls - if a finder is aware that the cache can't be hidden there, they won't go (partly) demolishing the wall.

It got me to thinking that the hiding guidelines should be referenced in the 'Getting Started' and 'Finding your first cache' pages. Also, the worldwide guidelines should provide a link to a list of 'local' guidelines, rather than just a vacuous 'there may be local guidelines'

Finally, each cache page could have a link to the local guideline page - see my first post in the other thread.
