+iwikepie Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 What is the most extreme geocache youv'e ever done or hidden? Heres mine: http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...1d-de4117b2d3f1 I should have a timer to see how long it is until Vinny makes a post. Quote
Ranger Fox Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 Looks like you'd enjoy Tube Torcher II. I'm one of two to have only ever done this cache alone. Do a search for 5/5 caches that don't require boats. I'm sure you'll find more extreme caches. Quote
+J-Way Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 Mystery of Fontana It's in rural middle-of-nowhere Appalachia, in far-west North Carolina USA. I haven't completed it yet, but it's way up there on my To Do list. Quote
+5 Caching Campers Posted November 5, 2008 Posted November 5, 2008 The craziest cache we've attempted to date has been Death Defying. We didn't end up finding it due to a lack of willingness to shimmy out on the branches of this tree when it had been raining not more than an hour or two before we got there. At least we assume that's what we had to do as we didn't find it on the trunk Quote

Here's mine, though I don't know if it counts as extreme. But it was tough, and long! Or maybe this one. Quote
+Damin69 Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 This is the Hardest one we have done so far Cache With a View - Wisconsin Mind you. I am a 250 lbs very out of shape 38 year old. My son is a 15 year old track athlete. He beat me to the top by 20 min... Took me about an hour to get to the top. Took me a good 30 min to recoupe before the Decent..... Quote

You would find the walk from your living room sofa to the kitchen refrigerator (filled with cheap American beer) tough and long! Quote

You wouldn't know a good American beer if you got hit over the head with it! Besides, your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries. Quote

Besides, your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries. Well... probably because there is none... But maybe I should leave here, before anyone notices so far I chickened out of every 5/5. 5/3 or 2/5 is the bravest I got so far. I am in awe... ;-) T. Quote

You wouldn't know a good American beer if you got hit over the head with it! Besides, your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries. AAARRGGGHH! First, the only worthwhile American beers are some of the microbrew beers (including Straub beer from st. Mary's, PA). Next, I am FURIOUS that you revealed my parentage in a public forum! Shame on you! In fact, I am so enraged that I have put a curse you, despite the fact that placing curses on forum posters is expressly against forum rules and will surely get me banned! Here is your curse: from this moment forward, may you only be a mere mortal human, and may your reptoid reptilian shapeshifter identity, and abilities, be forever abolished and erased, without a trace. Hope you have lots of fun for the rest of your (short) life! Quote
