+RonFisk
If you have an Intel Mac you can run GSAK under Windoze. I've been using it for ages with no problems. I couldn't live without GSAK or my Macs. Quote Link to comment
PG+LT+WD+AD
Try This MacCaching I have been wishing I could spring for a Mac for a while now...well not just this but the ten thousand other reason to get a Mac also. Good luck. Quote Link to comment
+sduck
What RonFisk said. I use vmware fusion and run my ancient version of XP home on it - it runs fast, loads fast, runs gsak almost as fast as a native mac app on my one year old macbook. I've bought both maccaching and geojournal, and while they're both fairly nice apps, are tremendously limited once you're used to gsak. Quote Link to comment
+Marky
I've found nothing to replace GSAK. I run GSAK with VMWare Fusion. Lately though, I've just been throwing my PQs direction onto my Colorado, and just rely on the PQ filters rather than GSAK. That's made my life a lot simpler. --Marky Quote Link to comment
+benh57
I run GSAK under parallels, a competitor to VMWare fusion. http://www.parallels.com/ Quote Link to comment
moonpup
I run GSAK under parallels, a competitor to VMWare fusion. http://www.parallels.com/ Save your money on both Vmware Fusion and Parallels... use this instead as it's free for home use and works just as well. I run this on my mac and it runs flawlessly. You won't be disappointed. http://www.virtualbox.org/ Quote Link to comment
Wintertime
And, although it's more of a hassle because you have to reboot the machine, Boot Camp is now part of Mac OS X. It lets you boot a Mac directly into Windows. (Just as with Fusion and Parallels, you need to buy Windows.) Patty Quote Link to comment
