Motorcycle_Mama Posted October 13, 2008 Posted October 13, 2008 (edited) Ok, let me try to decipher your cryptic message. Are you saying that you loaded caches to your <something>CSx GPS unit that are in a different area from your home, but while you are still at home, they do not show up on the Waypoint (or Geocaching menu) on the unit? If so, the unit will not show on the menu Waypoints that are far from you. While in the Waypoint (or Geocache) list, press Menu and you will get an option to change the reference point. Scroll the map to the area where you are going and change the reference. Then the Waypoints should show up. Edited October 13, 2008 by Motorcycle_Mama Quote
+ArcherDragoon Posted October 13, 2008 Posted October 13, 2008 Cryptic...yes... Here are my thoughts... gcs-Geocaches csx-(model)CSx Also note...there is a mile limit for Geocaches to show up in some GPS units...I have found that on my 60CSx a couple times...didn't pay attention to the distance...but I know it happens... Sometimes shorthand and abbreviations are just not that "time-saving" Quote
Grasscatcher Posted October 13, 2008 Posted October 13, 2008 Change your user setting to List the waypoints "by name" instead of by "nearest" Quote
