Tags to attach to coins to prevent theft

I am sending a few coins into the wild and I can not remember where to purchase the tags to attach to geocoins to signify they are not trade items to be kept. Does anyone know where to find these for sale online (I have been searching the usual sites and can not seem to find them!).

Not sure where to find them for sale (though I do not what you're talking about). A quick an inexpensive way to do it is to make your own though. Print up whatever you would like it to say (including the mission on one side if you so desire) and then laminate (you can use those self stick sheets if you don't have a machine), put an eyelet on one side and then run airplane cable or whatever through and there you go.

That doesn't always work. I put 3 holes in one of mine. It was picked up by a cacher on Jan 30 and hasn't been dropped since then. I kinda got the feeling from his log that he might just have thrown it away. No response to emails either []

Wow, I am truthfully sorry to hear that. although I am still rather new to the sport, everytime I hear of someone losing a coin, makes me less and less tempted to buy some and release my own. I started thinking about getting the TB ones but heard those come up missing just about as bad as the coins.
