+GeekBoy.from.Illinois
I am looking at getting a new laptop, however I will be running Vista as my operating system, I use GSAK to load my pda and gps, just curious to know if GSAK works well in a vsta enviorment It works well, but be aware that the new default install location is "C:\GSAK" and not "C:\Program Files\GSAK". On Vista, you need Administrative permissions to write to the "Program Files" folder, and that causes some programs issues... Quote Link to comment
+TotemLake
When initiating the installation, right click on the executable to run as Administrator. That relieves the issues noted above. Edited September 12, 2008 by TotemLake Quote Link to comment
