FindStatGen3

I like the looks of the statistics on geocaching.com profile pages that have been run using FindStatGen3. However, I have no idea how to get that application or how to run it. Does anyone have a set of instructions that I could use? The simpler the better. THANKS!

Get and install GSAK

Load your finds into GSAK (My Finds is your friend)

Get and install the FindGenStat Macro

Run the macro

Paste results on your profile page (Edit your profile, the HTML is already in the clipboard, or use a macro)

Did you run FindStatGen first? Did it run successfully? That should have generated the file GenUploadStats is complaining about. Did you check to see if the file is on your system?

Also the recent version of GenUploadStats is 1.4, try updating this macro.

Since this macro calls FindStatGen perhaps there is a name mismatch. Can't help you with the line number since I no longer have a copy of v1.3. Check this and get the names lined up.

You might want to look at Cachestats from www.logicweave.com Very easy to use, all you need to do is download your my finds PQ and load it into the program. It will give you all of your geocaching stats and will also generate the HTML code that you can cut and paste to your profile. I'm using it in my profile.
