Menhir earthcache

have a question about developing a new earthcache.

have seen this one on gc.com: GC18FZY

 

i know a similar place in my area, one of the biggest menhirs in germany.

is it still possible to develop an earthcache regarding menhirs?

 

if yes, would this be classified as a historic site?
