+Simply Paul
Well now. I think it's a good moment to look at what you love about caching (which is why you have a caching account) rather than what you hate about this forum/Groundspeak/their agents/etc. If that doesn't work, you could systematically delete all your logs and then remove the contents of your profile, change the email address to something inactive... Lots of hard work to make a point? On the other hand, I've felt the same way more than once in the last month so perhaps it's a point worth making- for you. Link to comment
+Caching Scout
Groundspeak doesn't allow accounts to be deleted, they like the whole record thing. Link to comment
+Simply Paul
I just thought; if you do jack it all in you should either physically remove your 11 caches (more work!) and archive them, or offer them up for adoption. This isn't encouragement, these are practical considerations. Link to comment
+Matrix
next time before you check the 'I agree' box dont unless you actually agree happy caching! I did agree in 2001 .........before people were allowed to change the rules as and when it suited Groundspeak doesn't allow accounts to be deleted, they like the whole record thing. I finally got the search working after a few timeouts and I have discovered that it messes up the found stats if they delete accounts so I will have to follow Pauls suggestion and work for my freedom. Mods/admin can lock this thread now as I have the info required Thank You Link to comment
