+fatfamilytawn
Hi, Apologies if this is in the wrong section, so feel free to move it.. I am having problems with running Pocket Queries and am after some help if possible... I have tried to run a Pocket Querie 3 times this evening but so far, I have received no emails whatsoever.. The settings I used are as follows: Days To Generate: Sat / Sun / Mon checked How Often: 'Run this query every week on the days checked' Show me 500 caches Any Type Any Container That: 'I haven't found' 'I don't own' 'Are available to all users' 'I have found' 'Is active' Countries: Cyprus By Coordinates: Have used my home co-ords taken from my Geocaching profile Within radius of: 200km Placed during: 'The last year' Nothing else selected or checked Output to: 'This accounts email address' In the format: ' GPS Exchange Format' Compress files into zip format: Ticked However, when I click on Submit Information, and click on Preview the search, all it says is 'Running Pocket Query: but no email.... Does anyone have any ideas where I am going wrong..? Thanks in advance for the help.. Fatfamilytawn Quote Link to comment
+erik88l-r
I ran a pocket query yesterday and it worked fine, though I've never run one with quite all the boxes checked that you have. For instance, I have never checked "caches I've found" along with "caches I haven't found", and have never entered both country and coordinates. I'd try a simpler one with just caches you haven't found, and only some coordinates. Or pick a cache and enter it's GC???? number as a cache somewhat central to your search area rather than the coords. Also, do you see a list of caches when you preview them? If so, but you don't get e-mails, perhaps it's an e-mail problem. If you return to your list of pocket queries is there a date and time when the PQ was run? If so then that may also suggest that it's an e-mail issue rather than one of the PQ not being produced. ~eriK~ Quote Link to comment
+Nivad
You selected two choice which exclude one another That: 'I haven't found' 'I have found' You must choose one selection only or the query will remain empty. v/r, nivad Quote Link to comment
