I'm sorry, but they don't exist at that price. You will need to quadriple your budget. Also, memory is extra.

try going to yard sales .Last Saturday I picked up a Canon powershot a95 5 megapixil 12x dig zoom with a case mini tripod ,2 memory cards, and dead batteries. $400.00 plus when new. I PAID $5.00 FOR IT. Yes it works GREAT.Ilove yard sales!!!!!!

I agree, your best bet is shopping around at yard sales, and in the classifides. You may be able to find a decent camera at a good price there. For memory, I reccomend trying radio shack, they are always having a sale on some sort of removable memory.

I sold a Canon A-series point and shoot with 512mb memory card for $40 on another forum. They do exist at that price.
