The Groundspeak logo and the CITO logos are okay to use for personal stuff, as indicated on the page that Star Brand linked, but any other logos images need permission. There's a thread on Wherigo where someone asked about Signal on a Wherigo cart http://forums.Groundspeak.com/GC/index.php?showtopic=186981 you'll notice that Groundspeak gave the okay, but it MUST include the language, ""Signal the Frog and the Wherigo logo are Trademarks of Groundspeak Inc. Used with Permission. All Rights Reserved." a bit much for a signature stamp. NOTE, this applies to a Wherigo cartridge... Link to comment
