Someone asked about the coin that has traveled the least. I dropped off one coin and after that it went a whole 17 miles before it went missing. :unsure:

 

Trust me there are others that are in worse possision in miles! Of course, the loss of your coin is... :)

 

I am searching all day, and I feel dizzy now! Iam going to get a shower, and if there is time I will go for a while again! 4 geocachers are left, but they are the ones with the most coins released! ..one ofthem is you my dear! :o Of course there is a big possibility to leave them for tomorrow! It is almost 3 in the morning!!

 

Anyway... when I see the list from Usyoopers.... I have the feeling that my feet can not stand my body!!! :o

 

Not that they did something bad! They did a perfect job and they deserve a huge BRAVO for releasing so many coins, but after such a big seach, this part looks like a tall mountain that I have to climp.... :o

 

while I was searching, I saw that one of my coins, went to Michigan, went to California, but still it doesn't have miles!!! Hmm... is that the least in travels?? :o

You might try on the coin's page to hit recaluate miles and see if that helps. I know there was an issue with the mileage not showing correctly.

Nope. Mine seems to have made 6 miles, and I have reports that it is not in the cache. Waiting and hoping to see if it pops back on the radar somewhere.

I can understand you my friend! I am very worried too! I was lucky enough to win here the last Cachestalkers coin Rod had! I am so afraid that if I will lose them all, I will not be able even to see one from close! :unsure:

 

I lost racers too! :) Well... :o

 

One of my coins was goind great but it was kept for a long time by a geocacher so it is not close to the first now! Some months ago it was coming in the second place in miles!!! Now.... :o

Well... at least it is out again! I was afraid that it was gone! :o

 

I did the recarculate thing and now the miles are ok! I am afraid that changed Rod's carculations, so...

 

PLEASE DO NOT COUNT THE MILES IN MY LAST COIN #20!!! BEFORE IT DIDN"T HAD ANY MILES!!!

That's something I hadn't counted on....we'll have to re-think this question. :unsure::) Let me think a minute.

Aren't the new miles posted with the log? I think so and will check to make sure, but if they are, just subtract the miles of any that have moved since July 4th!

 

Let me look....

There was a discussion of this when the break happened. They fixed it, but a Coin/Bug will not start counting miles again until the owhen Recalculates, then it will work properly.

New way to win a coin (this will be one of my new AE personals which have yet to be shown ANYWHERE)...and I'll even throw in a coin to be released. OK, I'll even throw in a coin to travel to the second and third personas to correctly answe! EMAIL ME THE ANSWERS, DO NOT POST THEM!

 

Answer to these questions please:

 

1) How many TOTAL miles have ALL traveling Todie's Wild Ride coins moved? This will be AS OF TODAY (July 4th 2009)!

 

2) How many total logs are there for the pocket coins? Again, as of TODAY!

 

3) How many pictures are there on all coins (traveling and pocket).

 

4) Name the coin which has traveled the shortest distance, the coin which has traveled the furthest distance, the coin that has visited the most states, countries etc and the coin which has visited the least....but is still active. When naming these coins, make sure to list the GC numbers!

 

After this, I will award a few coins, but as I have figured out, they will NOT have anything to do with amount of travels etc, waaaaay to hard to make that work fairly! I will put all coin owner names in a hat and we'll do it the old fashioned way and draw for winners...is this OK with all??? I have not decided on the amount of winners, but I do have a few prize coins waiting to be awarded....more than a few really!

 

This will NOT be easy, it will take a bit of time! PLEASE, don't try to BS me on this, I have already checked and will check again before all is said and done! Make sure to include a safety phrase lol!

 

Now, back to the cointest in progress...and GOOD LUCK ALL!! Oh, btw, this would have been simple if you had all these on your watchlist....or NOT! :)

 

Do we need to send answer to all questions together, are you counting mileage for pocket coins?(Question #1)

 

OK, upon further thought, we'll just drop that question. Sorry everyone...but I did the whole thing :unsure:

Ride safely!!

 

I made the recurculations in my coins and many miles were not loged!!!

 

Now everything is ok!

WOW! One of my coins, showed that it had travelled only 40km, but now it shows more that 4000 km!!!!!

 

Of course the total miles I posted changed a little but you got an idea! :drama:

Ok - some more questions and they may help with some of the previous questions

Our first cointest - About our Roadtrip

 

Rules :

#1 - How many miles did we drive on our roadtrip?

 

#2 - How many states did we visit and name at least 1/2 of the states? (example if you say 2 states you would only have to name 1 but if you say three you would have to name 2 of them)

 

#3 - We rented a car for this roadtrip, what was the make and model?

#5 - Safety question. Since we have started reading and posting on Todies Wild Ride we have become much more aware of motorcyclists on the roads. When our trip started we were very happy to see that most riders were wearing helmets on the roads. We only saw maybe 3 or 4 riders without helmets. That changed after a few days. We were in one state and saw about 100 riders during the day. Only a small number were wearing helmets - about 10%. What state were we in?

 

#6 - Our road trip was one-way. We flew back home. What city/airport did we fly from?

 

#7 - What state did we find the most caches in?

 

#8 - What did we visit/do/see during our roadtrip? There are 5 answers here, you only need to get one not all five.

 

#9 - This question will come once part of #8 is answered.

counting Florida you went through 6 states plus Washington DC

 

Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia

Hint about the number of miles we drove. Since I have spent about 10 hours looking at the miles on all these coins there are 2 cachers that have coins that have travelled a similar distance to how far we travelled. The coins belong to Sunmeadowlark and Surteb. Now you can look at a few coins too.

 

Helmets save lives.

 

Second hint - We are the SeekerFAMILY and the kids are not that interested in caching ( how could they possibly be related?)
