Maine Family
We get some flooding on the Marsh in spring about 500 ft from the house. It floods the road for a day we sit and watch dummies drive through it and that's with the warning signs up.Last year we hopped in the bass boat and rowed across the marsh and down to our stream just for kicks Opalsns Now that sounds like fun. Is that where your Oh deer cache is? To keep it on topic the list has been updated and if I missed anyone let me know. Edited February 4, 2009 by Maine Family Quote Link to comment

Yup, If you sat there at the end of the driveway and looked to the left about 500 ft down theres a dip in the road, That's where it floods. Our marsh is on the left side of the road and goes back a couple thousand feet to the stream. Makes the time pass, LOL!!! Quote Link to comment

+WRITE SHOP ROBERT
There are very few State Capitols I could have actually stopped in along that list of states. Maybe we should concentrate on that until we get it right. I guess if I say that I ended in Bowling Green, you might be able to make some educated guesses on the milage. After that It will all fall into place. Edited February 4, 2009 by WRITE SHOP ROBERT Quote Link to comment

SHOEMAKER'S SHELL TRUCK STOP I'm going to have to refine my idea for the Bonus Questions, and run the idea by Rod before I start it. The basics are that instead of a correct answer getting you a coin, it will get you a place in a drawing for a coin. It would be similar to what we did in my Shutterspot games in the summer. After about 10-20 rounds, I would draw a winner for the coin. This might be too labor intensive though. still thinking it through. It wasn't a truck stop that I went to...It was an espresso that I had!! Quote Link to comment

That bonous sounds like a really good idea because nobody can forever give away coins without running out eventually I had to get Chris to ship me almost all the remaining Coins since I adopted out all the ones I intended to send as prizes. I end up having so much fun in these games that I adopted out around 30 of them when I only wanted to do 15!! I have about 150 left, with 20 or so being already awarded as prizes, andd a commitment to activate 100 for my own account. I gotta quit giving them away sometime... Quote Link to comment

Curiosity killed the cat, thats all Most of the major Truckstops have WiFi. They either have it for free, or you can sign up for it. I have an account at Flying J, with over 300 hotspots in the US and Canada. ($150/year). I also sponge off other places like Hotel/Motels, or many other places offer it for free. Right now I'm at a Starbucks. I bought a "Gold Card" wich will get me a discount on products for a year, and also allows 2 hrs per day of free internet(which is usually very expensive here). This is not a commercial, just an explanation. Quote Link to comment
